Cancellations & Refunds
This policy explains when and how you may cancel an order and request returns and refunds.
Order cancellations
You may cancel an order within 1 hour of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped. Please contact support with your order number.
Returns
We accept returns of unused, unworn, and undamaged items in original packaging within the return window specified at checkout. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
After inspection, eligible returns are refunded to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or the wrong item was delivered.
